What we're saying is given an unforseen "accident" your harness will cause more damage to you than what we feel you're expecting. If you are using a 4 point you can potentially slide forward with a tremendous amount of force causing paralysis or an unwanted sex change. Andrew (De.point50) was just telling me about a 5 point harness that has a break away function that is more properly suited for your application. While they are more expensive it's a lot safer

My concern is the fact the bar is mounted to the chassis with a few weakass bolts. I think in an accident the entire bar would become a missile, guided by the harness right into the back of your head. It is not mounted securely.

The stock belts are still there and useable. I just feel far more secure with the harness. There will be no accidents. I have had just two majors both probably

What I'm saying is that while the Amuse bar is beautiful, in any sort of accident, you're going to wish you didn't have that thing. It's held in by the OEM mounts and is held in with OEM hardware. And the bar itself is held on the it's mounts WITH HOSE CLAMPS... Oh, and the bar is made out of really thin titanium... So it's going to crumple like the titanium can it is.

One, you don't get to pick when you have accidents. It's not always in your control.

And you have no idea when I was born, so you're talking out your ***. If you're older than I am, you're in your 40s and have no right to be as dumb as your actions seem to suggest.

And any passenger with you is at risk too, since that bar will likely take them out too. It's a sweet piece, it's just for show.
