Just wondering because the EVO-R website itself has had it as "Out of Stock" since forever.
Hey there,
I can only tell you that I got the diffuser from the Z Store, had it installed and have had no issues. However, I did have the best Z body shop in my area handle the install. It's on the One! Good luck!

Exactly, if install it correctly you have no problem.

I can confirm there are still fitment issues with EVO R, but I managed to make it work

No reason anything should change even after nine years.
EZT and Tractionless like this.

How much 3m tape did you use? Locations? I'm tempted to get one of these - but I'm worried it's going to end up on the road/lost!

Did you have to remove the 3rd brake light to install?

Also thinking one could simply drill holes on the bottom and use black hardware for a low profile look

For the tape, you can determine where to place it based on the contours. It also comes with 6 self tapping screws and silicone glue. I didn’t use any glue. For the screws, place one screw into the bumper plastic above each exhaust tip. You need to move the exhaust out of the way to accomplish that :-) Then 2 screws at the end and underside of the bumper. It also comes with a bolt which replaces the clip in the rear fog light. There’s a YouTube video that helps. Here’s the link

It’s actually pretty easy. Just take your time and be careful pre-drilling the holes. Connect the diffuser at the center fog light with the bolt. That centers and secures it enough to then flex it into place for the screws at each end and above the exhaust tips. As you can see in my pic I shared above, you really can’t notice the screws unless one looks closely.

That’s a much bigger project than a simple diffuser! And a lot more expensive

I got this front splitter from Artwork Bodyshop
