Full Mod List - Need Suggestions
 

Hey guys,

Just dropping in real quick to hear some of your thoughts for modding the Z. I understand everyone likes there own mods and everyone should do there own thing. I also understand its important not to do all mods at one time and to enjoy them as you do them one by one.

Looking more for suggestions on the order in which to mod my car with the things I plan on doing as well as some company names and products I can use.

For example if I say sway bars, you might recommend a certain company that makes great one.

Also if i missed a great mod for the Z I would appreciate the input as well

Here is the list:

370Z Future Modification List

1. Aftermarket audio head unit with bluetooth and nav.
2. Aftermarket speakers for every stock speaker in car.
3. Small sub and amp in trunk.
4. Catback exhaust.
5. High flow cats.
6. Dual cold air intakes.
7. Set of wheels and high performance tires.
8. Shift knob.
9. Short shifter.
10. Window tints.
11. Lowering springs.
12. Front lip.
13. Rear Diffuser.
14. Some engine dress-up, Stillen caps, some painting.
15. Front canards for front bumper.
16. VIS rear bumper.
17. Replace all interior lights, including start button with HID/LED lights.
18. Replace triple gauge cluster with Defi gauges and eliminate clock.
19. Racing seats with 5-point harnesses.
20. Lighter flywheel and new clutch (non-racing)
21. Front and rear sway bars.

Looking to spend around $2000 within the next week so wondering what mods to start with!

it depends on wht u want first lol
for me I went for appearance first,,
powder coat rim, paint interior piece, body kit etc,,and I did get a exhaust,
I think a lot of people go for exhaust, intake, and lowering spring though,,

i have defi gauges but they're blue racer :/ BNIB boost and pressure

not trying to derail your thread but you can find more info by researching a bit more.

I got stillen exhaust, hfc and k&n intake first. Coilovers on its way next!!

Especially for a brand new Z.
I'm wondering what you LIKED about your Z when you
bought it since looks like you want to mod about everything lol.
I always start with looks first with all the cars I've had.Obviously with a 014
model,there is not much inthe way that is worn .It should run pretty well.
I've never been one to jump into changing the sound system as a first
project.
If it were me,I'd change the looks to make your Z not look like every other black Z.
Carbon fiber on black looks awesome.I'd start there.
