EVO-R gismo high wing CF

i have the 2013 touring sports package, i want this carbon fiber high wing nismo.
no drilling of holes right ? it will fit into my stock spoiler ?
also no painted required right ? i have a black Z and this carbon fiber would look pretty nice on it.

I think only the top portion of the wing is CF.

You will still need to drill holes, but it will cover all your sport wing holes. Two of the sport hole wings are reused, but for a stronger installation, you will need to drill extra ones.
