Hello, does anyone happen to know if the 13 + front fascia model has they part part behind the fangs ( 5-6 inches in area) that can unscrew from behind

Hello, does anyone happen to know if the 13 + front fascia model has they part part behind the fangs ( 5-6 inches in area) that can unscrew from behind like the Sub -12 models. I want to run the Stillen brake kit without having to cut it out. Thank you in advance.
