how to rip the plastic off the seat rails?

Hey guys, I finally decide to fix the Clazzio on my driver seat. How do I remove all the plastic pieces where the knobs and seat recliner is? thanks

check the tsb for the knocking noise driver seat (or service manual).
i forget how i did it off hand, but i did the tsb and the illustration was as it was with the
removal.
