As far as I know the last few cars I've owned have been "Pleather" which is not actually leather seats. The last car I owned with REAL leather seats was a 2002 Accord EX V6. Those seats were actually leather. My 2012 Accord EX V6 Sport was "pleather" even though it was called leather. In our price range "leather" now means "Not cloth" but unless it's a high dollar luxury model I'd take the "Leather" description with a grain of salt based on the cars I've seen and I see a lot of them. YMMV and I'm not a know it all for leather content in cars offered with leather.
