Or you could by a Canadian model that has the fog light operative at purchase. I often wonder why the US model does not come with an operative fog light?

Or you could by a Canadian model that has the fog light operative at purchase.
I often wonder why the US model does not come with an operative fog light? Can some one clue me in?
