I think I have to agree. I'm not digging the exposed shaft. And that's usually the kind of thing I like

IMO, I think it would work if the shaft was the same diameter, but since the 370 design is stepped like that, it does not look good.
If it were possible to get the neo-chrome look on the shaft, like the knob, it would look cool. I wonder if that is a coating that could be applied...

when you buy wire shelves it comes with these plastic collar rings in the packaging. people
toss those out, but i keep them to make the collars for the boots. i think you need to pull that boot up and finish it off. |

Egads! I agree with kenchan.
The knob looks OK but the boot needs to be in place to hide that ugly shaft.
