Headlight parking LEDs aren't working

So I got tired of replacing the cheapo LEDs that I got off ebay for the parking lights. They normally burn out after maybe half a year.
I decided to go with these T10 194 168 921 W5W CREE LED 5W Q3 Chip Car Side Wedge Light Bulb Lamp White | eBay. The first set I received didn't work. I switched the polarity and tried them on both the driver and passenger side. I had them send me another pair free of charge on the basis that I thought they were DOA. Now the second pair came in today and it's the same problem.
I'm starting to feel paranoid that maybe it's not the LED, but actually the headlight harness itself. Any feedback on this?
I would stick the OEM bulbs back in but I can't find them.

you can use a voltmeter.. if not, those are just wedges, right? stick your
map light bulbs or hatch bulbs or rear plate bulbs, etc. those are all 12v wedges.

Ok so my paranoia became a reality. I tested out the LED trunk light in the headlight and it didn't light up. Then I tested the new LEDs in the trunk and they both lit up. So that confirms there's something up with the harness/socket (whatever it's called) in the headlight. AHHH what do i do?

Check the fuse. If the fuse is OK, you need to use a voltmeter or test light to track down the problem. If you've replaced the lamps several times, you may have broken the socket but I doubt both would go out at the same time.
