is there any factory tint for the 370z? does it depend on if its base, sports or touring?

well im guessing the 370 comes with at least a 90% tint because i have 20% on my windows and 35% on the windshield but my windows read somewhere around 12%

I can tell there is a minimal % of tint from the factory, and there is no difference between the two.

I had a tint meter put to my front side windows recently and it read 76% and that's factory.

Glass has a "natural tint" even though its clear theres some light blocking ability, as minimal as it is, related to the thickness but i dont believe there is such a thing as factory tint on a Z. Factory smoke still seems to be mostly an SUV thing

My tint guy told me its "colored glass". Not tint. But it read 76% on the tint meter.

Factory smoke is usually colored glass and not timt. But usually only on SUV's. but pretty much all glass has a certain "color" to it per say

Factory tint has the perfect amount. It's not dangerous even if darker. Mostly the aftermarket tint has blue purple vision, if you look out from inside, while the factory tint looks brownish.

Tint turns blue or purple from cleaners that are ammonia based.... Tint is what ever color it is when you buy it, smoke is black, blue is blue, red is red..... Factory tint or factory smoked is pretty lame if you ask me and only goes on the back windows of SUv's for the most part, atleast in NY because front tints arent actually legal here

35% is the safest even in tint states.

Factory tint is just color glass. Tint shops use window tint film that has 99% UV protection and 40%-50% heat rejection!! Factory color glass won't protect ur interior .

Booked mine in for a tint and they measured factory at 80% so 45% tint is going on.

45% is almost clear but better than nothing!!! :)
