^^^ it is not going to pull the paint off the hood. I have had alot of my 3M repleced for the same reason

I thought that's why we have a warranty. My Clear Bra has a 10yr warranty. Hopefully that includes tears. Good luck.

ive had both cases when i pulled up my clearbra...some areas no issue and some areas paint flakes pulled up with the bra...  but ofcourse you can always touch it up and clearbra it later.
