I have a member of the forum scheduled to have door handles bought and sent to us to have them wrapped in carbon fiber. No they wont be rubbing since we shave off the edges a mm so when we apply the carbon fiber fabric and several layers of resin over the top it brings the size back to its original measurements.
If he follows through I will post pics of the finished prototype. The door handles are pretty cheap. Just short of $120. |
