Rear Quarter Panel Rattle

So for about the last 6 months or so I've had an annoying rattle at highway speeds coming from what I thought was the drivers door panel. I finally took the time today to tap around and found that its coming from this area:

My question is, has anyone else ever experienced a rattle coming from this area and if so how did you fix it? If not, how can I get behind that area to find what is rattling? Do I need to remove the whole side skirt?

TIA :hello:

I think you would need to perhaps remove the complete side skirt to investigate further. Removal should be in the service manuals. Maybe something loose inside there like a rock or screw?
