You should make them in metal first before buying the CF. That way you can do some testing to see what angle of attack works best then refine it in CF. Either way will work if properly mounted. looks good though in metal
Use a gopro and some sting and drive around to see what angle gets more turbulence. Also a splitter would help also with downforce as well in conjunction with canards. Phuck the way it looks. Because race car damnit! |

We'll I'll be able to change the angle in cf. I googled and 15* came up in every thread. The lower can't be changed due to body lines and LEDs. I don't have a gopro and being plasti dipped I don't think it will stay attached. I'll be doing a splitter soon as I find a local place for alumalite or something.

Good luck that stuff is expensive. All the places around me its $300 for the brand name stuff for a 8x11 sheet. Look at sign companies rather than metal suppliers. From the places i called they have a nylon based product that is just as strong but half the price. I cant remember the name but i can get back to you.

I would not even bother with the APR canard design, those are not functional. If I were to copy, I'd go closer to the voltex canards....

Don't think I'll be legal for any racing. Just building a track car so it can be the fastest it can be. I hear TT might take me though. If not then just track days.
