So I just had my shop install my amuse front end from Shine Auto. The fitment was perfect but they're saying that the fender liners don't line up properly with

Amuse Front Bumper
So I just had my shop install my amuse front end from Shine Auto. The fitment was perfect but they're saying that the fender liners don't line up properly with this bumper and that I should purchase the Nismo fender liners or cut the oem ones that are on right now. Is this a normal "thing" when installing these front bumpers?
