Anybody have a Grip Royal wood rearview mirror?
 

Has anybody ordered one of these before? Looks pretty cool on the website, considering getting one for my car to spruce up the interior, just wanted to know if anyone else has one and any feedback on them.

Edit: you could do it in the z but after you install that mirror you are going to need to add a lot more matching pieces to the car in order to pull it off like a wood radio bezel wood door grips wood center console trim, wood strut bar. then it would be cool like a super luxo touring package. just the mirror would scream "Drift Poser'

Why does a wood mirror scream "drift poser?" Did I miss something? Do all drift cars have wooden rearview mirrors?

Yep. This just screams VWVortex to me. And that's not a good thing.

Almost nothing on a drift poser car can be found on a real drift car. This is right up there with hella flush, acrilic jdm shift knobs and all the other crap. I still say if you could get more matching pieces in the car you could pull it off. I mean youre asking people for there opinions with this if you like the way it looks then just do it .

I like the look of the 3rd mirror a lot although I think it would look out of place by itself in the Z. Maybe if there was some other wood accents throughout the interior.

Would be better on a different car. The wood grain finish does not go well with the Z. If you truly like it, well, it is your car.

I'm with most of the other ppl. The mirror, by itself, will probably look pretty bad. With more wood accents, it might look OK.

But it's your car - do what you like.

Why?Cannot see the purpose of the looks of this mirror.
UNLESS...the interior of the car(OMG!)matches it.
If you like it,be cheaper to just slap on a mirror muff.
