Can someone please tell me how did this happened?

I discovered this today. At first I thought someone ran into me, but those 2 are bumps, with cracks on them...

That is EXACTLY what I thought! Can it caused by the freezing temperature here?

Great question.. I am in Socal so I can't help you there. It almost looks like someone tried to drill through the bumper or something like that.

they havent always been there? likely you got hit by a rock or something softer, that just pushed the paint, but didnt break the paint so its kind of dented. its happened to me

Could be wrong but it looks like the paint is raised. Which would be the opposite effect of a dent. That's really odd.

Yeah, thats what i was going to say too. Like something hit the inside of the panel and pushed out the paint.

Looks like Z herpes.

Has your car been coming home late at night smelling like stripper perfum?

He did say they are bumps, not indentations. It is odd.

Yeah. And the whole front bumper section is sealed off completely. I doubt anything hit from the back side. This is by far the weirdest dent I've seen.

Just pull off the bumper and check if anything is protruding behind it. The only thing I could think of are the clips the snap onto the bumper.
