Will a rear nismo bumper fit on a regular 370z?

Will a rear nismo bumper fit on a regular 370z without any issues or are there other things needed for the install?

Installation Note:

The NISMO Rear Fascia will bolt directly to the Non-NISMO 370Z. However the lower fascia retainer bracket will have to be removed. There will also be a gap in the fender liners. In order to properly secure the fascia and to fill the gap in the inner fender liners created by the NISMO rear fascia, you may purchase an optional hardware kit that includes everything necessary.
