Full harnesses in a street car with a harness bar instead of a full cage isn't particularly safe. If you insist on doing it, I'd recommend a 5 or 6 point harness over a 4. Submarining in an accident will **** you up. Bad. For the seat, you'll need rails at a minimum. A slider if you want to be able to adjust the seat forward and back.
