Notice how i said the Right Way, smooth finish, weave layed straight. 10 years of experience here. Not someone experimenting in the garage. Its not as simple as people think it is.

That ebrake was actually an aluminum piece sent in to us by a member on here. His whole interior was done in red to match. Im not even sure the make of the piece but i know he had to machine it out to fit the z. We can do plain cf also.

That stuff looks excellent. You will be hearing from me after this trip about the stereo and door inserts.

CarID sells dash kits in colors. You can buy specific parts. Not the entire kit.
If you are looking for color CF,the real stuff is actually a CF/Kevlar hybrid.
THe only colors I've seen are red, blue and silver.I know ZCF does gauge pods and door barrel covers in this material.
I don't like the pics of the red CF.Too coarse looking.Weave twill pattern too large for the pieces.Needs to be 2x2.
I have black CF on my gauge coves(see my pic to the left).THe twill patterns all match and are the right size for
the pieces.

Those pics are a 2x2 twill weave of red kevlar and cf material. Same weave as a full plain cf 2x2 twill. And they actually have red, yellow, orange, and blue. Then they make a full texalium material which is silver. There's no silver kevlar. Then you can get into reflective materials that are cf with strands of colors in them, no kevlars. Anything Car Id sells would be same material as what I just post. Difference is when you install their garbage you would probably see the edges of the pieces and where the stick on stops. Mine is full wrap so goes right to the edge. Then airbrushed. And finally cleacoated.
