Sorry bro I know the feeling ... Last tuesday I was sitting at a stop light and I jus feel the car behind me hit me ... I was trippin cuz I jus got my Z out of the shop from another accident 3 wks ago ... fortunately she jus accidently let go of her clutch and no damage ... It's all good bro it's jus one of those days you'll get insurance to fix it and you'll be a happy camper .. Good luck !!!

Um, that only applies if you hit a person or there's injuries. It's a misdemeanor if you flee the scene of an accident, but the cop won't do **** if it's a cracked bumper or something.

I believe that varies by state, actually. (But I could be mistaken. My memory is a little rusty on this one.)

My sister was rear-ended by a girl driving one of her dad's dealership vehicles (he was a used-car dealer). She gave my sister a fake phone number and address.

Of course we find all this out later in the day when my sister came home. We called the police, they sent an officer over and talked to my sister and dad. Turns out the girl was a 'tard and only faked her house number, but gave my sister the correct street. Cop comes back to our house later at night and tells us he found the chick by driving down that street and looking for her car. Situation resolved.

i think that sometimes...i got my Z last week. I cant count how many people pay more attention to my car then the road. Today i was slowing down to stop at a set of lights, i could see out of the corning of my eye a guy on the right side of me looking at my car while he was stopping...almost hit a truck in front of him, i could even hear his tires lock up and skid.

To the OP...hopefully everything works out, did u get any pictures? I always keep my camera in my car for the reason people are retarded on the roads.

yeah something like this happened a few years ago..

i was at a stop sign and a guy rolled the stop and hit a lady in another car going 30.. took out the lady's rear bumper and ran.. luckily i seen it happen and i followed the guy enough to get his plates.. went back to the stop sign helped the lady out and called the police.. gave em the plates.. hopefully they caught the guy.
