WC Lathe Werks - Shift Knob

I just got in my custom Shift Knob from WC Lathe Werks and installed it. It's pretty great in my opinion...much better than the cheap looking stock knob. Props to Chris for the craftsmanship, top notch as always. I would reccomend him to ANYONE that is looking for a shift knob. As you can see this is a 1 piece that comes with the collar and everything so that it installs perfectly and looks great. :happydance:

This is a all Black Copolymer Knob with knurled edges, 6MT engraving with red paint, and a weighted brass insert:

Since I'm sure someone will probably ask...I used a Husky strap wrench from Home Depot and regular vice grips to remove the stock knob and it was no problem at all, as I suspected.

Looks really good!

Too bad like all other vendors, they can't do anything for the AT folks...

:shakes head:

It's got a brass insert for weight...but honestly the stock knob is so huge I think it still may weigh a bit more than this one. Also since this one is co-polymer it doesn't heat up like stainless/aluminum and doesn't burn your hands like some aftermarket ones do. :D

It's a variant of that hybrid one but no-stainless and all co-polymer. I specifically asked him to make me an all black co-polymer knob with knurled edges and red 6MT engraving. It's not something he'd done until I contacted him but if you reference this thread he'll know what your talking about and I'm sure he'd make another. Email him with any questions you may have and I'm sure he'll take care of you.
