Got an email back today asking for info about the knob, but if it's one with a button, it would be probably impossible to make one. :(

Took me about 20 minutes to get it off with a $9 Husky strap wrench from Home Depot. I tried the micro fiber towel over the old knob but the leather on the side peeled off anyway. Eventually I just took the towel off and it took awhile but it spun off with a little bit of effort.

It's hell turn off the original Shift-Knob
I have given great caution to avoid damaging the original.... At the end of the day, he looks like that :icon14: Thanks to........http://www.castorsgalore.com.au/images/logos/logo29.jpg http://www.the370z.com/attachment.ph...1&d=1395459514 |

Good Luck! :happydance: Sterling |
BTW, I tried to run my new knob without loctite for a couple weeks and finely applied the blue demon sauce because it never felt secure without it.
Guess Nissan knows what they are doing... Sterling |
