Track car design?? Camo?

If you're going to the track, I wouldn't paint your car grey/black. Paint it something that is easy to see for the other cars.

They'll be enough white and light silver. LED's and headlights help too.

My worry about sticker type camo would be the long term affect on the paint.

If you leave it on there for a while and the base silver fades over time, then want to take it off, it could leave bright shiny silver where it was covered before.

Same worry with stripes and plastidip parts. It may be removable, but will the paint difference be noticeable after its removed?

I think the major factors here would be how long your car would spend in the sun, rain, winter mess and how long you plan on keeping the pattern or the car in general.
NickTurnon and synolimit like this.

Good call. My cars garage kept and work is a parking garage so only sun exposure is while driving. I plan to keep it so I'm not worried. Next buyer at some point when they take it off will have the issue if it happens.

I'm not really an aero expert, but I think he probably means that if you have to put a duct opening right here, it should be NACA-style if you want it to both functionally take in good flow and not disrupt airflow over the car at the same time.

Clearly you can't comprehend English so I'll spell it out for you. I didn't ask for a definition, I ask what are you referring to with your pointless comment. Good for you though knowing how to click buttons and paste links. You get a gold star sun shine

We'll its a air intake velocity stack so it's designed to suck air in and since its winter my lines are off. Until last night I just had them blowing air into my wheel well. The rocks, leaves, bugs, sand etc etc was pretty piled up so I know they pull enough air in. I now taped them off on the inside so I keep it clean in there. They work enough for me.

Wink

The way I take it. They are talking about the position of your brake ducts. Think they mean that they are position too far to the outside. But if they work, what the helll.

Yes I know. I just wanted him to give reason and not be an *** with a definition. They work so...
