It depends. Some look terrible, others
look ok. Your car, you decide. However, my advice is to stay away from top stripes. Those 2 side stripes between the hood and wheel are pretty cool though, and rocker panel aren't too bad.

If you like stripes then go ahead and get some on your car. My vote is no stripes. Like others have said it isn't a Mustang. I think the cleaner, non-stripe look is better for sure.

Vichtz, the red z, was what I was talking about. My thot was below the door, lower valance, and flare at the end. Flaring to a wider section, at the end, in front of the rear wheel. "Z" in the wider section. Not so noticable. PG W/ smoky grey stripes. Thanks for the reply.

Europe and Japan.

tnav 10-31-2013 08:48 PM

yeah I actually traded my 1980 Firedbird for my current 2012 Z and added the eagle on the hood of the Z, common man!!!, why add stripes, leave the Z alone or get your Mustang back!!! HAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

CC QUIK 10-31-2013 10:52 PM

stripes have been on Z's since the 70's. LOL!

Justice97 10-31-2013 10:53 PM

I think stripes were created because everyone had the same car and they needed a way to stand out or be different than every other (insert common car name here).

If you own a Z, you stand out.
If you stripe it, you become just another (insert common car name here) owner.

Stripe or no stripe is beginning to sound like iOS vs Android.....
