I haven't had a car with cloth seats in over 15 years. First world problem I know... But have a new Z with clothe interior..black Should I scotch guard it?

Best way to clean cloth interior?
I haven't had a car with cloth seats in over 15 years. First world problem I know... But have a new Z with clothe interior..black
Should I scotch guard it? Do nothing? Clean as needed with a brush? What type if brush etc I've noticed that after driving it only a few weeks there is some white on the door from where I push it open with my elbow. Must be skin cells. It brushes off wih my hand easy but I don't want to get the oils from my hands on the fabric. Thx
