Fender/Bumper

My ride is on coils and i did roll my fenders, but with these wheels they still rub in the area that i circles, where the fender meets the bumper.

Fender/Bumper

My ride is on coils and i did roll my fenders, but with these wheels they still rub in the area that i circles, where the fender meets the bumper. My wheels have rubbed off the bolts that holds the fender to the bumper. Any of you have this problem? Is there a way i can close the gap and make some type of clamp?
