35 minutes with a 1875 watt hair dryer at point blank in one corner and it's not even thinking of budging. What am I doing wrong?

It certainly isn't going to just fall off.

Speaking for just my set, only the edges are actually sealed to the fabric.

After going around it in circles to warm it up for a few minutes with a hair dryer, I did find cutting a slice in the 'puffed' up section (anything but the edges), so i could get a grab on some of it for leverage, and pry it up, working the edges very slowly. If you pull to fast, you will just break the material off, leaving no leverage to pull the rest of it up.

When its pulling off, it almost feels like its 'stitched' to the fabric.

Sorry, but this thread was not suppose to turn into a DIY, and I'm not the best at giving instructions.
