Some of the lights on the RPM gauge arent working. the needle and a couple other things i think dont light up. is this a big issue?

The MWI section of the FSM (see link in my sig) has troubleshooting procedures for the dash. As far as I can tell, individual lamps in the dash are not replaceable - basically Nissan says "replace the unit if something is wrong."

check your fuse box. sounds like a fuse has blown. that happened to me.
