Big rock chip
This is from a rock that a tractor trailer kicked up a few weeks ago. It's right behind the driver's side B-pillar on the hatch.
Any thoughts on how to handle it? I think I need to touch this one up since it's pretty bad.

man o man!!!
thats a nasty one... if you have a bottle of touch up paint, you can go with several thin layers to build it up, but youll need to clean it up first. Give yourself clean edges to work with... I am waiting on the dealer here to get my touchup paint A54 being shipped to dealership on tuesday...

How much does a bottle run you? I will swing by the dealership tomorrow.

I was worried that happened yesterday on your way home from the get together. That would have been horrible. Not that it isn't already....hope you're able to fix it!

Besides, it's on the edge of a panel, not the surface. |

I'm not worried about how much it cost... was just interested.
But yeah, it's pretty bad.

Think I need to put some primer down first or can I go straight to layering on the paint?
