Contacting Evo-R???
So I ordered an evo-r Frp front lip over a week ago and haven't heard anything about shipping or anything at all for that matter. The only confirmation I've received was from PayPal saying that my payment was sent. Can anybody help me out as to how I can contact them and figure out what is going on? Any help would be awesome. Thank you for any input.

Did you call the number on their site?

I tried calling to inquire about a product. No contact was ever made. I left a message. No call back was ever returned. In my book TRASH! Regardless of what they make, produce, distribute, stock, whatever. If you can’t reply and provide simple customer service all take my business elsewhere.

Truth. They've actually gotten me parts 1/3 of the time I've ordered Evo-R stuff. The other two orders were cancelled when Evo-R kept ******* them around on shipping them parts. **** that guy. Dispute it through Paypal. Get your money back. Pay more for something else from somewhere else, but at least it will fit and you'll get what you ordered. I'm not sure why he was allowed back on the site after he was banned for ******** like this once before.

I'm going to defend EVO-R here.
I bought a LED foglight from an Ebay seller. When I received it, the light was fine but I was not satisfied with the finish of the light. I contacted EVO-R on the forum and he replaced it no questions asked. Didn't ask me for pictures, who or when I bought it from, just asked for my shipping info and I received a replacement in 1-2 weeks, don't remember but I felt like it was fairly quick. (When I received the package, it was packed the same way as the first and turns out the ebay seller WAS Evo-R but thats not the point) With that type of service, I'd definately buy from him again. |

I just think Jay spreads himself too thin
They are making parts for so many cars and I think he handles all communication himself with all the different forums and website, recipe for disaster. But hey, if you buy from Zstore they have a really capable team and its still an EVO R product so you are still supporting him. Win-win. I've been happy with my CF Fangs I bought from him ages ago.

I ordered a lip for my rx8 a couple years ago. Took a long time to recieve it and it was hard to get any answers until I found jay on facebook. Facebook was the best was to get in touch with him for me
