Not sure what to do next... I've added a few carbon fiber trim pieces for the interior but that's it.
|
wow dude... this car looks great!!!!
this car belonged to one of our fellow members here before... his name was motoextreme... Nissan 370Z Forum - motoextreme's Album: My Z Mods....more coming!! - Picture that guy put a butt load of quality parts into that z bro... |
That looks sick!
|
Wow, glad to see that car still living.
More mods to do, tough call. More power you can add a twin turbo kit or SC kit, can look into doing some interior upgrades, or just drive the car as is and enjoy it. |
welcome and congrats! glad you are enjoying it!! :happydance:
|
Powah! The car already looks great.
|
I am digging that
|
Nice find!!
|
That 458 looks so sexy.
|
I think I'm going to do the Stillen sc kit. I feel I have to do something to be able to say its mine. Lol
The bumper is a little chipped up. I need to find a shop in Cali that can just paint the bumper. I did raise the car a tiny bit so I don't scrape every where. My old manager works at Nissan and I was thinking he could order me a navi or even the 2014 jdm steering wheel. Not sure!!! |

Another option, which I always point people to is the head unit in the lower portion and a custom screen (carPC or obd2 read out) in the upper screen. Find picture below of my example of this option. 2014 steering wheel would be nice, also look into a few CF companies on here who can do a CF wheel using the OEM wheel. If you go with the Stillen SC please get a custom tune to make sure everything is 100% (there pre-loaded tune is known to be very subpar). On the boost notion, forget everything that car had added, but other good upgrades to look into along with boost: -Radiator -Oil cooler -Clutch/flywheel/csc -Radiator fan upgrade https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-1...512/Teaser.JPG |
Oh man that's bad ***...I'll have to look that up. What type of gadget is that in the top cubby? I'm still enjoying the car it will take me a bit to have the funds and desire to do something drastic. I can't have it at a shop for too long because its my dd.

The top screen is being ran by HKS camp2, which I believe is not sold anymore new. Can find them but probably used.
Another Z owner in Houston runs a similar design as mine, but uses a carPC for his upper screen. It just loads directly into the gauges, I can get more details on his build. |
That's a nice fit. Gives it some tech features that look standard in a super car.
|
Real nice ride. Great find!

Here is the other one in Houston, he used the same OEM nav piece but when it came to fill in where the keys were for the OEM piece he went a different route. He shaved off the larger 1.5" piece and left the lower HU for the base setup go all the way up and now he is building a piece that molds right into that spot.
Work in progress picture of his: https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...05023069_o.jpg |

Nice Nismo
|
motoextreme lives on! hope you can come out sometime to a meet!
|
Always loved motoextreme's Z! Glad to see it still around. The tinted JDM tails, matte/CF combo are simply killer
Some carbon fiber RS1 fenders to tie in w/ the hood would always be a nice touch, wink-wink!! |
always loved this nismo, keep her looking good!
|
Love the satin black paint! I've been wanting to make that jump for a while...
