What spoiler/wing is this?

I've seen a lot of wings on a lot of cars and that is just wrong. IMO is not aesthetically attractive. Also design looks like it would just slow you

Also design looks like it would just slow you down: disrupt air flow in non effective way for down force or anything else. Look at race cars for inspiration not video games.
