BTW, if you have an oil cooler, the sandwich plate makes it damn near impossible to get the filter out through the trap door.
I do not have an oil cooler so this is not an issue for me.

Once I get it and get it installed, I will post if this has any effect on the hot air coming through the driver's side foot vent.

It it doesn't, the other benefits of this panel are worth the expense to me.
