Honestly I'm not a pro at painting, But that does look bad. And to tell you you're being picky. Did shop/person see the pics of how they came? I would

Did shop/person see the pics of how they came? I would definitely have them redone. Looks like they did it a dark room and never brought them out in the light to notice the paint was not even?
