Well after taking out the bulb I can see why the fog light got so hot. Look at the size of the bulb! its also 12V 21W #7440. LED is

Well after taking out the bulb I can see why the fog light got so hot. Look at the size of the bulb! its also 12V 21W #7440. LED is probably the way to go, not sure if I'll have trouble with the reduced watts like other situations LED sometimes create, but its worth a shot, I really like the looks of the light at night. Thanks again for your suggestions.
