Do 350Z side mirrors fit on the 370Z?

I did some searching and from the images they look like they would fit. Has anyone tried this before? I'm not a fan of how big our side mirrors are, they definitely block up too much of my forward view.

Unfortunately, I think the answer is no, based on me trying to fit aftermarket 350Z mirrors to a 370Z. The way the base bolted to the door was different -- it wouldn't line up properly.

Your best bet is to get a set of the EVO-R cf side mirrors -- those will bolt right on.

That's too bad to hear, I was hoping for another option that's a bit more stock looking than those square aftermarket ones. I never really had an issue when I had my 350Z but I think the 370Z mirrors block too much of the front left 1/4 view. Especially when turning left.

Think it would be possible to attach a 350Z mirror assemble to the 370Z mirror mounting bracket. Not sure if I said that right, hope that made sense...

yah, i doubt it as the base triangle shape is different. I suppose if you can fabricate the mirror body to work with the mirror base, it can be done.

best way out is raise the seat or get CS mirrors, or do both.

Funny you mention raising the seat. I like to sit low but raised my seat a little this morning and it helped but I still think it's not enough.

Thanks for the info on the base triangles not matching. I was hoping they were the same but I guess not. What about mounting a 350Z mirror to a the boom that comes out of the 370Z triangle assembly? Think that would bolt up easier? I'm wondering if that would be the easier way to fabricate something. I'll admit I'm assuming all the wiring is the same for 350Z/370Z mirrors as well. Unfortunately I don't know anyone with a 350Z anymore and it's hard to find close up pictures of the mirrors from the angle I want to look at.

you can raise the seat higher than the highest point. :) check the DIY section.

i dont know if the wire colors are the same, but im sure you can ck the service manual to determine which wires are which and make them work.

I had no idea about that on the seat, I'll check out the DIY. Thanks!
