Someone hit my car

Hey everyone, tonight while at work a fellow employee came in and told me that his brother had just backed into my car.

Anyways here is the damage, it fúcked up my fender pretty good and the clips for my bumper are shít now as well. I can't lose the bumper because of all of the modifications that I've done to it, there would be no way to "transfer" them to a new bumper. I want to get some cf paint matched vented fenders now so how would I make that happen? He has full coverage so I'm just wondering what should I do now.
