So how or where speedhunters got that info I am unsure of, I never did much digging to prove it was true just took it with a grain of salt that there was "some" testing done.
I guess, doesn't say how much downforce is being created though

Exactly, which is why I always figured the "testing" they really did was probably hooking up some sensors and driving the car. Which in itself can yield interesting results and provide good information on how to create an aero kit, but without hard numbers and figures it is tough to really know anything.
