Yaw sensor switch
Hello guys, i am planning to put this switch to turn on/off the yaw sensor....
Aircraft Style Red Flip Cover Toggle Switch 12V Racing Switch | eBay It says 25A DC: 12V Do you think it will be fine or i should go with another one? |

12VDC is just right and 25A is more than enough for your application. You are good to go.

Look at the wiring diagram(s) in the FSM. Link in my sig.
Since the ad doesn't specify the contact configuration, I'm assuming it's SPST (Single-Pole, Single-Throw). If it turns out to be a DPST (or DPDT) (Double-Pole, Single- or Double-Throw, respectively), just break both wires.

So has anyone figured this out yet? I was eager to do some spirited driving last night and when i went to get a little sideways i lost power... maddening

From the 2009 FSM, pages BRC-76 and BRC-79:
Yaw Rate Sensor connector: M143 M143-1: Ground (B) M143-2: CAN (Y) M143-3: CAN (SB) M143-4: Power (G) Putting the switch on the power input should do the trick (but I don't guarantee it). I can't remember the color code off the top of my head but I think G = Green. Make sure you don't kill the power to the steering-angle sensor, it gets its power from the same harness connector as the yaw sensor, M6.

on the 2010 it says terminal 4...which one is terminal 4???
