Are there any body kits (rear wings aside) that provide known performance benefits (or negatives)? When thinking of performance I am thinking downforce or heat management I guess. An example

Body kits for performance gains.
Are there any body kits (rear wings aside) that provide known performance benefits (or negatives)? When thinking of performance I am thinking downforce or heat management I guess.
An example I was thinking of might be fronts that have side vents that actually help brake heat. I was also thinking of fronts that have massive openings vs small...does it affect anything of importance? Thanks.
