...Now, If I owned Nissan, why would I sell the Factory Nismo front bumper for $300, then sell the accessories above that are added to an already existing 370Z bumper and sell them for 4x the cost of a complete bumper??? I wouldn't... They don't... Very simple math...
Yes, I agree, the $306 price for a true Nismo bumper doesn't make sense.

FYI, my NISMO bumper is only $380-400. So I believe what Courtesy says on yours. Remember it doesn't include all the other parts you need that could add up to $1200~ bucks for just the bumper.

Yes they did, however the unpainted parts are not that much cheaper than the pre-painted parts. Factory paint is always more durable - especially when it's not a metal application.

UnderBody cover panel, $400~, brackets and bolts (all add additional amount to the price). The normal 350z under panel would not work, I would assume the 370z one also would not work as the nose is longer.

Definitely false. Nissan paint is not near as good as a body shop could do on your car. Nissan is concerned about price and they will do the cheapest they can. Body shops warranty your car usually for a very long time, and want the paint to last. So they will add extra clear and use better paint.

Why not? I (an insurance company) just paid $349 (body shop price) for the regular stock unpainted front bumper. There's nothing magical about the Nismo part..Same plastic, different mold. Don't compare to pre-painted S-tune parts which are a completely different thing..

Well this is my 1st Nissan car, Have had Nissan SUVs prior and one had body work done at the dealership. Factory paint never gave me any problems, but dealership paint flaked, faded, etc... As far as other makes, any other aftermarket bodykits etc, never held like my factory paints... Just stating my personal experiences...

Well a SUV is high off the ground and is not in danger of getting hit by debri so it won't show paint issues. I had a Titan and Pathfinder neither had issues. All the Nissan cars have issues because they are low, but also the paint chips easy.
