Default Better backup camera or brighter backup bulbs

I have a cheap $20 backup camera. While it works fine during the day, it is nearly useless at night. Since I am living in the city, I figure it would make sense to upgrade it. What do you guys recommend as far as camera goes? Should I swap the camera out or just get some super bright LED backup bulbs? Any suggestion?

Thanks

Maybe I am old but I don't tend to drive at night. I know Crutchfield has some cheap prices for Backup Camera's. But I would try the LED to see if it fixes the problem.

Put LEDs in your reverse lights AND your license plate bulbs. Helps immensely. The license plate ones more than the reverse ones. Can't remember where I got mine, but it was from a vendor on here. Scroll through the vendor section and look at reviews vs. costs. Some are good & cheap...some are prone to failure, but expensive.

I have the cheapest backup camera from eBay possible for the 370z and have super bright license plate lights, and I can see perfectly fine during the night I have some 4 led license plate lights from vancouverledshop.com and it leaves a line of white on the ground at night lol
