If you just want the exact same as the stock bumper, not worth buying something and I doubt anyone makes anything just to replicate the stock section.
There will be a bit of fin to "somewhat" give a diffuser effect with anything on the market. Evo-R and Fujimura are pretty tame. If you just want to slap some Carbon Fiber in between the exhaust you might as well have a shop wrap it in CF looking Vinyl, but personally I'm not a fan of wraps, I only like the real thing. If you want to wrap other car parts in CF, look into Carbon Fiber Element, they do great work!
