Has anyone bought a 370z spoiler from CarID.com?

I've noticed...support isn't all that good either. I'm not expecting lightning fast customer support, however, after I sent them numerous pictures showing the defect it's been over 2 weeks since

Has anyone bought a 370z spoiler from CarID.com?
