2013 370Z - red light or red reflector on center-rear?

I'm seeing people discussing the 2013 addition of the red reflector/light alternately as a reflector and sometimes as a light. Which is it?

I haven't found one yet. I'll check the manual. Looked up the PDF manual online (too lazy to walk out to the car to get it :-) - don't see it mentioned in there.

i think you have just the reflector.

you should be able to install the oem lighted one, or modify yours to install a 168 or something. you can probably drill a hole in the area where the bulb goes on the lighted one, and use something like this.

Just a reflector, so pointless. They should've just made it a light.
