Default Exterior LED Lights Stay On

I took my car for an alignment today and parked it in the garage when I got home. I few hours later I went into the garage and noticed that the front orange LEDs were lit as well as the full taillights. I looked at the light position and it was set to auto. I turned it to off and the tails went out but the fronts and a small back portion remained lit. I checked on it a few hours later and the tails were lit up again.

I have tried disconnecting the battery but they went right back on. I am leaving it on a trickle charger over night so it doesnt drain my battery. Any idea what could be causing this?

I have read the service manual and it is talking about checking the drl relay. I am under warranty I just don't like dealing with dealers.

I'm guess bad relay also, I dislike the dealer as well but if its under warrenty you might as well. Its worth the hassel if there's a larger issue and hell, its no cost!

In the FSM it says the DRL relay is on the drivers side right below the strut bar but I don't see it there. Anyone with DRL know where the relay is located?

EDIT: NVM I found the relay. The dealer who installed the intake (before I bought it) decided to velcro it down in the engine bay.

Now I am trying to figure out how to remove the relay. I am pressing on the tab but it just doesnt want to come out.

Booked an appointment with Nissan. Also going to get them to start an oil consumption test. Not sure how back to stock I should go. Remove M370 and flash back to stock and I should be good.

So I figured out that it had to be the DRL relay. Bought a new one at Nissan for 40 bucks and it worked. Found out that Nissan has updated the design of the relay. Luckily this can only fail on models with DRL (Non US).
