Status seats in a week
Just got off the phone with John at vividracing...
He got me a good deal on a Status Ring GT in red. They are a pleasure ordering with. The excitement man, its killing me pics as soon as I get them!

I would have ordered Status seats a year ago If I could get a straight answer about fitment in the car. I don't want something that's going to rub the door panels...

Are Status seats homologated or crash tested in any way? If I'm losing the airbags I at least want to know if they're going to hold up in an accident.

I believe some are FIA approved but not sure about the whole line.

Cool. I had some Brides in a previous car that weren't, and I never felt really confident they wouldn't kill me. Ended up going back to OEM. I've got OMPs in my track car, but they're far too uncomfortable for daily driving.
