That's an extremely broad question. Custom seats are made everywhere and by everyone... Details?

Someone posted pictures of custom seats they make that was very nice work. I believe that you send them the seats and they pull the old skins off and put new ones on. I think it was in the southeast. I bookmarked it a while back but had to reformat PC so I lost the thread.
